1. Services

We provide professional music and audio recording, mixing, mastering, and related services. By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Booking & Payments

• All bookings require payment in advance or as agreed upon.

• Payment methods will be discussed at the time of business. No cash or personal checks will be accepted.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

3. Project Completion & Final Delivery

• Once the final project is delivered and approved, the sale is final, and no refunds will be issued.

• Revisions may be requested before final approval, subject to the agreed terms.

• We retain the right to refuse additional modifications beyond the agreed scope without additional payment.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Clients may cancel a booking before work begins for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

• No refunds will be issued once work has begun or after the final project has been submitted.

5. Studio Rules & Conduct

• If performing a session at our physical location, Clients must respect studio property, equipment, and staff at all times.

• No smoking in the studio. Drug use, and any disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.

• Any damage to studio equipment caused by a client will result in additional charges.

6. Ownership & Copyright

• Clients retain rights to their original recordings.

• We reserve the right to use finished projects for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reproduction of work done at our studio is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged files after final delivery. Clients are encouraged to back up their files.

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for payment processing or legal obligations.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
